A: 911 reflective address sign order forms can be found in the Administration Office. You can also obtain an order form thru the Hook and Ladder Club at the Holly Lake Ranch Volunteer Fire Department.
A: Golf carts are allowed on the golf cart paths. No walking, running, bikes, roller blades, skates, skateboards, or cars are allowed on the golf cart paths.

A: A permit is required from the ARA, which can be obtained at the Administration Office, or on our website, Permits & Other Forms.
A: Yes, as long as all necessary release forms have been signed (example: fitness center), and you are a HLR member in Good Standing as described in HLRA Member Compliances in Rules and Regulations you can use all amenities/pools/miniature golf.
A: You do not need a fishing license to fish on the private lakes within the HLRA gates.
A: Holly Lake residents and their guests may use the beaches.
A: You can grab a bite or cocktail/beer at Bistro 19 Restaurant & Bar located by the Golf Course.
A: Bistro 19 Restaurant & Bar serves alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the restaurant’s premises. Please see the Holly Lake Ranch Association Rules and Regulations for more information regarding consumption of alcoholic beverages.
A: You must obtain an access card for the fitness center from administration for a fee. See the Holly Lake Ranch Association Rules and Regulations for specific rules.
A: The Gun Range is located off FM 49 at the RV/Boat Storage. You must attend a mandatory class before using the Gun Range. Check with the Security Office (903-769-21654) for a list of authorized Range Officers for mandatory class. See the Holly Lake Ranch Association Rules and Regulations.
A: Although the Security Department (903-769-2164) enforces community compliance issues and responds to all calls for service at Holly Lake Ranch, the Wood County Sheriff's Office is the official Law Enforcement Agency. The non-emergency number is 903-763-2201. In case of emergency, always call 911.

A: There is guest Wi-Fi at the Administration Office and most amenity buildings.
A: HLRA Community Events workgroup decorates HLRA for Christmas and they are always looking for volunteers. Some decorations have been paid for by HLRA and some have been donated.
A: There are currently three standing committees: Finance Committee, Architectural Review Authority and Election Committee. These committee members are appointed by the Board of Directors. The Committees all have a Board liaison, a non-voting member, who acts as the connection between the Committee and Board. Additionally, as needs arise, work groups may be formed. Contact the General Manager or a member of the Board of Directors for more information.
A: Yes, you can put up personal decorative signs, but before you do see the Holly Lake Ranch Association Rules and Regulations.
A: Deer are wild animals and take care of themselves. Feeding deer on HLR is not allowable and is considered a finable offense. According to the Game Warden if a deer is injured and is still able to move leave them alone. If a deer is injured and cannot move call the Security Office at 903-769-2164. For more information see Holly Lake Ranch Association Rules and Regulations regarding feeding wildlife or evidence of a feeder.
A: Yes, we have Holly Lake Volunteer Fire Department that is near but not a part of HLRA. To volunteer contact the Fire Hall 903-769-4341.

A: Call the Security Office (903-769-2164) if a tree has fallen across a HLR road. If a tree has fallen on a power line call Upshur Rural Electric 903-843-2536.
A: Garage sales are allowed. Signs must be obtained by the office. A refundable $10 sign deposit per sign (maximum 4 signs) is returned upon return of signs. For more information see Holly Lake Ranch Association Rules and Regulations for more information.
