Lindsey Causey is the General Manager at Holly Lake Ranch. She has been a part of the team since May 2024. Originally from Northeast Arkansas, Lindsey moved to Texas in 2020 and has proudly called it home ever since. With over 15 years of office management experience, she is committed to fostering a workplace where each employee feels valued and truly at home within the company. Lindsey finds great fulfillment in serving the residents of Holly Lake Ranch and aims to create a welcoming, supportive environment for all.
Outside of work, she enjoys family trips with her husband Dustin, son Eastin, and daughter Millie, balancing her dedication to her career with a deep commitment to family life.

Ms. Maria Alcaraz is the Billing / Account Specialist for Holly Lake Ranch. She handles the accounts payables, homeowner questions/concerns over their accounts, and anything related to Member Relations. She joined HLR administration team in July 2021 as Member Relations and has taken the new position in January 2023.
Before coming to Holly Lake Ranch, she worked at Tele’s restaurant for about 8 years. Making the change from Tele’s to HLR has been very exciting for her because she enjoys working on challenging tasks and feels like she is learning something new every day.
Maria was raised in Gilmer, TX. and still resides there today. She graduated from Harmony ISD and loves spending time with her family. Being part of her son’s sports activities is one of her greatest joys. Watching him grow, and being the best mom she can be is her life goal.
Ms. Kalee Williams is the new Administrative Generalist for Holly Lake Ranch. She handles Permits, Storage, Short-Term Rentals, the Weekly Email Blast, and anything related to the Holly Lake Ranch website. She joined the HLR administration team in September of 2024 and is excited to serve all the members of Holly Lake and become part of the HLRA family.
She was born and raised in Texas and graduated from Hawkins High School in 2013. She comes from a family of seven where her parents raised five daughters. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and being outdoors. She also likes to support her younger sisters as they play sports throughout their high school years in the athletic program at Hawkins. She doesn’t have children of her own, but takes pride in being an awesome aunt to her favorite niece Everly James!

John Quezada joined Holly Lake Ranch Association as an entry-level team member for Golf Maintenance in March 1986. After years of service, he was promoted to Golf Course Assistant Superintendent and then in Spring 2014 was promoted to Golf Course Superintendent. John attributes his golf course career to working alongside some great superintendents and professionals in the golf course industry.
In John’s tenure at Holly Lake Ranch, he has seen many changes at the Holly Lake golf course. In the earlier years of his career, John was able to be a part of a whole new irrigation system and then recently a re-vamp of the old system to bring it up-to-date with the current technology. Through the years he has also been a part of two major projects of having the greens resurfaced and shaped. John’s tenure and knowledge of the Holly Lake Golf course keep the course up to par!
John has furthered his education through online classes at Penn State as well as attending industry functions. John is a member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GSCAA) and is in the process of getting certified through GSCAA.
John comes from a large family and has 10 siblings that all reside in the East Texas area. John and his wife Barbra have been married since 1986 which is the same year as he started Holly Lake Ranch and he still has both. They also have one wonderful daughter Lauren that also lives in the area.
John’s motto is “Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life”.
He takes great pride in his work at HLR and enjoys helping to make improvements to the course. He is also very well known to many of the people that call HLR home, as he helps them whenever he can with whatever they need.
Tony is married to Toni and they have 4 grown children, a granddaugher Haidyn, grandson Kooper and a new grandson making his debut in May, Kyler. Tony loves family time, the outdoors, golf, fishing and he and his wife love to go to new Airbnb's around the area.
HLR Maintenance
Jeff Griggs joined Holly Lake Ranch Association in November of 2022 as the Maintenance Manager. He strives to work with his fellow team members and residents to make a memorable contribution to Holly Lake Ranch and Holly Lake Ranch Association.
Jeff has over 30 years of experience in facilities maintenance management and commercial construction/remodeling at multi-site venues in the DFW Metroplex and East Texas, working for such companies as Team North Texas, Cushman Wakefield, CareNow, Savings of America, and Trinity Medical Center. He is a former member of the International Facility Management Association and a graduate of the American Inspectors Institute.
Jeff has deep family roots in East Texas and is a near-lifelong resident of Sulphur Springs. He lives there with his wife of 34 years, Laura, and their Corgi. Their two grown sons and four grandkids all live close by. Jeff’s pride and joy is his 1971 El Camino. He loves to cook and watch football, and he plays golf every chance he gets!
My name is Daniel McLemore, and I’m from Mineola, Texas, where I’ve spent most of my life.
I’ve been with HLRA for the past two years and take pride in showing up, working hard, and doing things the right way.
I am a proud dad to two daughters, ages 23 and 20, and they’re a big part of what keeps me grounded and motivated.
In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, kayaking, hiking, and traveling to new places whenever I get the chance.
I’ve always appreciated the peace that comes from being out in God’s creation and taking time to slow down and enjoy it.
I try to live by a simple credo: work hard, stay humble, and keep God first in everything I do.

Holly Lake Ranch Security Chief Jason LeClair was hired in July of 2022 to be the Captain of the Holly Lake Ranch Security Department. In January 2026, Jason took the Chief’s position on an interim basis and was chosen as the permanent Chief in April 2026. Jason was born in West Covina California and was raised in Southern California where he graduated from Norte Vista High School in Riverside California. He attended the Golden West Criminal Justice Training Center in Huntington Beach California where he graduated in January of ‘99. From March of 1999 until May of 2019, Jason worked as a police officer with the Paso Robles, Atascadero, and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Police Departments. During his time as a Police Officer, Jason served as his department’s defensive tactics instructor, Field Training officer, and served on the Critical Response Unit. Jason earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Grantham University. In June of 2019, Jason, his wife Shannon, his parents Pete and Sally, daughter Kylie, and granddaughter Indiana, all moved from California to a 34-acre ranch in rural Wood County Texas. Jason is the owner and head instructor at “Young Forest Karate” in Big Sandy. Jason has been training in Shorin-Ryu Shorinkan Karate since 2001 and currently holds the rank of 4th -degree black belt. He is an internationally recognized Shihan (instructor). “Holly Lake Ranch is a beautiful place and I will serve as Security Chief to the absolute best of my ability. We have a great team and I could not do it without them. My door is always open to anyone living or visiting Holly Lake Ranch.”
