Board of Directors
Mr. Bill Pease is serving as the President of the Board of Directors for Holly Lake Ranch Association for the 2025-26 term. He has served on the Silverleaf Committee since early 2023. The primary objective of this committee, and his focus, was to obtain the Common Areas for the Ranch.
Mr. Pease’s professional experience was in the IT industry, primarily with IBM, for over 40 years leading sales and technical projects with large multinational corporations in the petroleum, automotive, and chip manufacturing industries. He also currently runs a small business and manages several rental properties in the Dallas area.
Bill and his wife Anna have been married for 43 years and have two children, Brad and Courtney, and five grandchildren, Camden, Sterling, Noah, Luke, and Austin. Bill enjoys spending me with his family, fishing, small construction projects, and house renovations. They purchased their home at Holly Lake Ranch in 2021.
During his tenure as the Chief, Jerry was committed to providing fair and equal service to all residents. His leadership was defined by a community-first approach, always striving to resolve concerns with professionalism, empathy, and respect. Now, Jerry looks forward to continuing that service on the Board of Directors, where he hopes to represent the interests of the residents with the same dedication and care.
Guided by strong Christian values and a servant’s heart, Jerry approaches challenges with a faith-based focus on problem solving, conflict resolution, and unity. One of his goals is to help promote a sense of cooperation, responsibility, and accountability to support the shared enjoyment of this special place we all call home.
Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Western Oregon University. He brings more than 24 years of experience in law enforcement and private security, where he developed strong skills in communication, leadership, and resolving complex issues with fairness and integrity.
Jerry and his wife Carrie purchased their home in Section 9, in June of 2021, and moved to Holly Lake Ranch full-time in August of that year. Shortly after, Jerry welcomed his mother Patti to live with them—another example of the deep family values he brings to the community. Together, Jerry and Carrie enjoy camping, reading, visiting historical sites, and most outdoor activities. Though once an avid hunter, Jerry now finds peace in hiking and fishing.
With a deep love for Holly Lake Ranch, Jerry is committed to preserving its beauty, strengthening its sense of community, and serving its residents with humility, faith, and experience.
