A: Yes, all dogs must be on a physical leash when not on their owner’s property. All dogs shall have an identification tag which includes at a minimum the owner’s name and phone number, or be implanted with a chip. For nuisance dogs, call the Security Office. A: You do not need a fishing license on the private lakes within the HLRA gates.

A: There is a Mass-Notification System in place. Make sure you are registered by checking with the Security Office.
