HOLLY POWER WALKERS


Power walking gives you a total body workout. When you bend your arms to form a 90 degree angle and pump up your leg speed, you’re “power walking”. More muscles in your upper body come to play to provide you with a whole body workout.


The music cassettes we use keep you locked on the exact pace you need for maximum benefit.


Fitness walking employs the same techniques, and allows you to build up to “power walking” pace over time.


We have tapes for every level of walker, from beginner to advanced. The tapes have a metered beat and many different kinds of music from County Western, Disco, Classical, Sousa Marches and more.


Bring a personal cassette player, earphones and a fanny pack to carry it in with a bottle of water. (We encourage good hydration during workouts).


Again our group meets every Mon., Wed., & Friday from 7:00 am to 8:00 am. Rain or shine. Call any of the following Power Walkers and they will tell you how much “FUN” it is. One gal has already lost 1 (one) dress size in 2 months.
