Schedule of Fines
The Holly Lake Ranch Association’s Rules & Regulations, section Q. Penalties for Violations states the following:
1. Violation of any rule or regulation shall be grounds for a citation issued by the Security Department. Citations can result in a fine and/or suspension of services, including but not limited to the right to drive a specified vehicle or type of vehicle on the Ranch. Any violation of the golfing rules may be addressed by the Golf Professional or any member of the Security Department. In the case of persons under the age of eighteen (18), notices of any violation and/or citation may (and in most cases of traffic violations, normally will) be sent to the parent or guardian.
2. Persons who have demonstrated that they cannot conduct themselves in a reasonable and responsible manner may be banned from entering upon Holly Lake Ranch property for a specified time. Owners of property within Holly Lake Ranch that fall within this category may travel without detour to and from the entrance gate and their respective property only. Those found violating this banishment will be charged with Criminal Trespass in accordance with the Laws of the State of Texas.
Fines for the amount of speed over the posted speed limit
1-10 mph = $25.00 11-15 mph = $30.00 16-25 mph = $50.00 26 mph = $100.00

Penalties for Violations and Disciplinary Procedures
1. Violation of any rule or regulation shall be grounds for a citation issued the Security Department. Citations can result in a fine and/or suspension of services, including permanent suspension of specific membership rights and/or services, including but not limited to, the right to drive a specified vehicle or type of vehicle on the Ranch. Any violation of the golfing rules may be addressed by the Golf Pro, his staff or any member of the Security Department. In the case of persons under the age of eighteen (18), notices of any violation may (and in cases of traffic violations, normally will) be sent to the parent or guardian.
2. Persons who have demonstrated that they cannot conduct themselves in a reasonable and responsible manner may be banned from entering on to Holly Lake Ranch property for a specified time. 3. Upon being charged with a violation of the published Rules & Regulations, Bylaws or Subdivision Restrictions and/or circumstances that threaten the safety of life or property, alleged violators have a choice whether to plead Guilty, Not Guilty or No Contest. If the alleged violator pleads Not Guilty he or she will need to appear before the Disciplinary Committee to hear the objection.
The Disciplinary Committee is made up of the four (4) members of the Holly Lake Ranch B Board of directors along with the General Manager of the Association. Upon a request funneled through the General Manager, the Disciplinary Committee shall conduct hearings to charges of violations of any published rules or regulations, Bylaws, or Subdivision restrictions and/or circumstances that threaten the safety of life or property of anyone inside the gates of Holly Lake Ranch. If any member, member's child, guest or tenant is charged with a violation of the above provisions, such responsible member and/or tenant shall (a) be notified in writing of such alleged violation
(b) be given notice of any hearing not less than seven (7) days or no more than twenty (20) days (c) be given the right to have counsel present.
If after proper notice of the hearing has been given and the defendant(s) fails to appear before the committee (without a valid excuse) the case will be decided on the available information. Such member shall have the right to file a written appeal to the board of Directors. This appeal shall be made within twenty (20) days after the decision has been rendered. The Board of Directors shall review the minutes and the decision of the Committee, and receive any new information or evidence, as the member desires to offer. The member must submit the new evidence in writing to the Board of Directors at the time of the request for appeal. The Board will then notify the said member of the date of the said hearing. After the board has heard such appeal, it shall make a final ruling and the decision will be binding. After the hearing has been held and a guilty decision is rendered by the Disciplinary Committee, the Committee shall have the right to suspend and or revoke any or all privileges for a time, and/or levy the applicable fines. The Board of Directors reserves the right to provide for special exceptions at the Board's sole discretion.
