Our mission is to provide Holly Lake Ranch with excellent customer service and great food at reasonable prices.

  

Just a little about us, we are Phil and Katy Giacopelli .   Phil is a passionate Italian New Yorker who loves to cook.  Phil owns a successful sauce company which markets his specially created marinades to restaurants, grocery stores and consumers.  Three of these special recipe products will also be featured at the restaurant.  You can check them out at “cookwithphil.com”.  Katy is a Texan and no stranger to the restaurant business.  Katy has years of experience working at four star restaurants as well as owning a Tea Room.  Together we want to make this restaurant a success for the Holly Lake community.  We look forward to meeting you and serving you one customer at a time!
