The Holly Lake Ranch Security Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout
the year. We are committed to providing outstanding service with fairness, justice,
and equality for all. Toward this end, we will interact with our membership and guests
with a proactive approach to solve the problems of crime, safety, and the fear of
crime in our community.

Primary Objectives
A large community completely free of crime and disorder remains an unachieved
ideal. Nevertheless, consistent the values of a free society, it is the primary objective
of the Holly Lake Ranch Security Department to as closely as possible, approach that
ideal. In so doing, the Department's role is to enforce the Rules & Regulations,
Subdivision Restrictions and applicable laws in a fair and impartial manner, recognizing
both statutory and judicial limitations of a security officer's authority, the membership
rights, and the constitutional rights of all persons.
