Board of Director Meetings - “B” Board

(open to every property owner)

Third Tuesday of every other month -  (beginning January - 2:00 PM Holly Hall)

Except November - Meeting will be held the second Tuesday

If you wish to present your comments on any of the agenda items - call the

Administration office at 903-769-3646 to be placed on the meeting agenda.

Additional items can be added to the Agenda by contacting any Board member

or the Administration office by noon of the meeting date.

Every Association meeting is recorded - cataloged by number (date) i.e. 072805 and

is available for your review in the Association Office - by appointment only  903-769-3646.
