Board of Director Meetings - “B” Board

(open to every property owner)

Third Tuesday of every other month beginning January - 2:00 PM Holly Hall. Except March and September will be held on the Fourth Saturday @ 10am Holly Hall. The Saturday dates are tentative at this time.

Annual Meeting - 1st Sat in Dec  2 pm Holly Hall

If you wish to present your comments

on any of the agenda items - call the

Administration office at 903-769-3646

to be placed on the meeting agenda.

Additional items can be added to the Agenda

by contacting any Board member

or the Administration office

by noon of the meeting date.
