Architectural Control Committee

Purpose:

Shall be to review plans, to insure for all owners harmony of location, and harmony of external and structural design and quality with existing structures.

The following text was extracted from the "Association Rules and Regulations."

All home construction, addition, outside building, fences, underground water systems, etc., must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee and the appropriate permit posted before and during these activities. If at the end of the allotted six (6) months the job is not completed, an extension may be obtained an additional fee may be charged.
