     The Holly Lake Ranch Security Department shall strive to improve the quality of life in Holly Lake Ranch and the promote safety and security of the community.

We will maintain the highest levels of integrity and professionalism in all our actions. We will engage in open and honest communication. We will treat all persons with respect and dignity. We will preserve and safeguard individual rights and liberties.

Primary Objectives

     A large community completely free of crime and disorder remains an unachieved ideal. Nevertheless, consistent the values of a free society, it is the primary objective of the Holly Lake Ranch Security Department to as closely as possible, approach that ideal. In so doing, the Department's role is to enforce the Rules & Regulations, Subdivision Restrictions and applicable laws in a fair and impartial manner, recognizing both statutory and judicial limitations of a security officer's authority, the membership rights, and the constitutional rights of all persons.
